Royal Derwent Hospital Patient Records – Admission Register 1830-1900

This register series records no., name, age, occupation, marital status, when admitted, on whose authority, disease, possible cause, duration etc., date of discharge or death. The first volume was compiled in 1859 and the entries before this were entered retrospectively. The volume for 1954-1964 was damaged beyond repair in flooding of the basement of the Administration Building at Royal Derwent Hospital.
