Royal Derwent Hospital Patient Records – Admission Papers 1843-1964

Justices orders and medical certificates concerning the admission of patients. Occasional correspondence and clinical summaries. After c.1890 most forms were placed on patient files. There may be more than one admission for a given person and some papers are for admission to other institutions of patients subsequently transferred to New Norfolk.
