Female House of Correction, Hobart – Description Lists of Prisoners 1873-1879

The normal printed headings are used, so far as they apply to women, and details of ship, civil condition, religion, crime, when tried and sentence are added. The latter three particulars all concern local convictions. Sometimes information on relatives and previous history is also given.
