Leongatha Cemetery

Over 5000 burials and memorial plaques dating back to the late 1800s. Leongatha is located in the rolling hills of South Gippsland just 1.5 hours from Melbourne and 15 minutes from the beautiful Inverloch beaches. The Leongatha Cemetery is well maintained and looked after by the Trust. Fires went through the area in the 1930s destroying some records and wooden markers.
