These are the convicts were who were confined in the hulk CENSOR in England in 1787 & 1788, including those who were sent to New South Wales aboard the convict transport SCARBOROUGH. The information provides the name and age of each convict, their sentence as well as date and place of conviction and also records where they were to be transported to. (America, Africa, Rio etc.). Those convicts who were initially sent to America but were instead were transported to New South Wales per Scarborough are those in bold font. The Censor was stationed at Woolwich (Eng.) and was just one of many Hulks used as convict penitentiaries.
