Convict Applications for the Publication of Banns, 1828-1830, 1838-1839

During these early years of New South Wales history, convicts wishing to marry needed to seek official permission. This collection includes returns listing details from applications to publish banns from the Church of England for parts of New South Wales for the years 1829–1830 and 1838–1839.
