Ravensthorpe Historical Society
Description
The Society was founded in 1970 with the aim of preserving, and recording the Shire’s history, including objects, photos and archival material. The main collection is housed in a purpose-built facility on Morgans Street and in the original and renovated Dance Cottage. Displays are arranged by topics and recorded on the Mosaic™ database.
Open Monday to Saturday every week 10 am to 4 pm. There is no entry fee but a small donation in the box provided is very welcome.
Meetings: Every 1st Saturday (except January) @ 9.30 am in the main museum building.
